One of my favorite shows in the whole world is The Biggest Loser. I have been heavy for most of my life, and a couple of years ago I lost fifty pounds, and I feel so wonderful! It is amazing the changes that weight loss brings into my self-esteem and self recognition. I am so much more proud of who I am and I have so much more energy to do the things I’ve always wanted to do. Watching The Biggest Loser, I see their struggles for overcoming their old habits and doubts and becoming a new person and see themselves in a new light. I am not a big fan of all the drama and yelling and that kind of stuff. But to see them reach their goals and to lose weight, it is just so inspiring! I always cry when I watch it and it motivates me to continue with my weight loss plan, no matter how hard it may be. When I am at the gym and I’m running or weight lifting or whatever, and I don’t want to keep going, I imagine Jilian yelling at me (she scares me the most) and it really does inspire me to keep going and to work harder. If these people that are a lot heavier than I can do these crazy amazing things, then I can do it too!
