Eggs & Hair Loss

I have been trying all sorts of different products for my hair, and an easy and cheap product that is great for my hair is eggs.  I didn’t realize it but egg is a great source of protein for both your body and your hair. So, here is what I do, I take one egg and separate the yolk from the whites and place the yolk in a bowl. I beat the egg yolk thoroughly. I only use the egg yolk because the egg whites are known to dry up the scalp and cause dryness, and after all it is only the yoke that is abundant in protein. Then I wash my hair as normal, and massage the beaten egg yolk into my hair.

Wait five minutes, then rinse with COLD water.  If you want to try this, you do not want to rinse the egg from your hair with hot water; the results will not be pleasant.  I usually do this once a month and I always notice that my hair stays full and shiny! I always get compliments on my hair and I know it is because I wash my hair with egg yolks. I was reluctant at first to try it, but it has proven effective time and time again.
